Cotswold Caribbean was founded in 2026 with a simple idea: the warmth, spice and generosity of Caribbean home cooking deserves a seat at the table at the most beautiful events in the English countryside. From slow-cooked jerk and rum-glazed plantain to fresh seafood and rice & peas done properly, we cook the food we grew up eating — for weddings, private parties, corporate events and festivals across Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and beyond.
